Christopher Kimball is the founder and editor of America’s Test Kitchen, an organization that publishes two magazines, Cook’s Illustrated and Cook’s Country, and produces two public television shows, America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country TV, for both of which he serves as host. Chris started his culinary career in 1980 when he founded The Cook’s Magazine. He has authored four cookbooks, including The Cook’s Bible, and is also the author of Fannie’s Last Supper and Dear Charlie.
