Homemade Pasta

Nothing quite defines Italian cuisine like fresh pasta. Fresh pasta is best dressed with rich, lush sauces like alfredo. While technically not pasta, potato gnocchi are Italian dumplings that are sauced and served like pasta. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to make and roll out fresh pasta as well as how to prepare ravioli and potato gnocchi.
