Holiday Roasts

In the Holiday Roasts lesson, you’ll learn how to cook a wide range of recipes—everything from the classic roast turkey to beef tenderloin and slow-roasted pork shoulder. You will also learn basic skills, like how to carve a turkey. The Holiday Starters and Sides lesson offers 14 holiday-worthy recipes—everything from make-ahead gravy (without the lumps) and cranberry sauce, to crusty dinner rolls and classic green bean casserole.
