Foolproof Apple Pies

Many good cooks swear they can’t make good pies. We are here to tell everyone, even novice cooks, you can make a good pie—you just need the right recipe and the recipe technique. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to make our foolproof pie dough that is easy to shape and bake as well as how to purchase and prepare apples to make the perfect filling. Although this lesson focuses on apple pies, many of the techniques we’re covering can be used for all types of pies.
